S.21Reforms suspended indefinitely

Whilst the Renters Reform Bill passed its second reading, it appears that the Government has effectively shelved its progress indefinitely pending reform of the Court Service as a whole.


Although the reform is often over-hyped as a key political issue, it will not be surprising at all if the Government decides it is one that it is better not to pursue before the General Election next year.
